Hello John - My daughter and I are self-catering in Pefkos in October and need to do a big supermarket shop to start on 9 October. We don't have a car so public transport for us. Advice as to the best value supermarket would be welcome. Also we want to investigate Kamiros (and any other interesting historical sites you can recommend) but I cannot find transport from Pefkos. Please help. Any advice offered would be welcome!

In Faliraki Family Fun is now shut and up for sale. Magic Castle has reduced opening - Sat & Sun 6pm - 10pm

My info, which came from a local music fan ( Greek, family from Kalathos), is that the Pefkos villa was owned by Rick Wright, whereas David Gilmour owned (and still owns) the house in Lindos, quite close to the amphitheatre. Trivia I know, but there we are!!
...and Rhodes Rock is simply splendid!!
